The Winery study is known as the STARTUP "Istrian Wine School"!
Why enroll in this course?
You will learn to make your own wine! And in order to be able to do that, in addition to theory, you will have a lot, a lot of practice. You will enrich your knowledge with study trips, visits to the most famous cellars, winegrowers and winemakers, fairs of wine and winemaking equipment in Croatia and beyond. And to top it off, in addition to making your own wine, you will learn to taste and evaluate, and analyze wine in the laboratory.

- Apply basic network planning methods in project management
- Apply appropriate algorithms and models in transport network analysis and optimization
- Select information technology and software to address specific transport system problems
- Evaluate the application of ITSs in a real transport system
- Assess key performance indicators of transport systems
- Select appropriate managerial and marketing approaches in the management of complex transport projects or transport systems
- Make business decisions respecting the basic principles of business and engineering ethics and socially responsible business operations
- Apply international, European, and national legislation in the implementation of technological and service processes in the field of transport
- Use optimization methods for technological processes in transport
- Create models of exploitation and maintenance of technical equipment in the transport system
- Manage logistics and organizational systems in the field of transport
- Select transport models and methods when designing a transport plan
- Plan road/railroad transport infrastructure solutions based on traffic research results
- Propose solutions for transport system planning based on sustainable development principles
- Select safety elements when planning and designing road/railroad transport infrastructure elements
- Recommend measures to improve road/railroad transport safety
- Design and conduct training of entities in the field of road/railroad transport with an emphasis on prevention in transport
- Prepare a more complex professional project in the field of road/railroad transport
- Manage communication and collaboration processes in different social groups in the field of transport
